Terms of Service

GENERAL
1. I reserve the right to NOT ACCEPT your commission order without any reason or explanation.
2. Please respect I have my own working hours and I won't be sharing my schedules.
3. Topics that could be qualified as religious, pornographic, gore, or hate art won't be accepted, as well as satire, caricature, realism, and other types of work that don't match my art style.
4. I will make work based on my preference. The difference from actual photo or reference can occur.PAYMENT AND REFUND
1. All commission paid up in accordance to the methode in the form you filled after I have contacted you.
2. No news from the client in 7 days straight after the last contact means your commission progress will be delayed and rearrange or canceled.
3. Refunds only accepted if offered by Soma, and calculated based on the process that has been done.
4. Cancel only accepted before the sketch is delivered.PROCESS
1. I will check your brief.
2. I will contact you according to the contact you provided.
3. Do the full payment or DP 50%. DP avaliable for order >50$.
4. I will start your order after payment is received.
5. You reserve the process of the commission, usually, I will give a sketch, line, and base color to inform the process.
6. Commission list doesn't reflect work order.
7. Please include the reference of character, object, and pose in your commission brief to help me visualize it and minimize revision.REVISION
1. All commission types will receive sketch stage for approval and right to revision.
2. Pose and concept can only be revised in sketch stage. You will be charge when doing major revission after sketch.
3. Revision max. 3 times. You can add more revisions with extra charge depends on the complexity.
4. You won't be charged and it’s not included in revision quota for such human error. example: I forget to draw objects or character detail.DEADLINE
1. Normal time to finish your commission is 3 days - 2 weeks after payment depends on my schedule and commission type that you order.
2. If there is a change in processing time I will notify you asap.
3. Please contact me first before order if you have certain deadline for your commission.IMAGE RIGHTS
I do not claim any rights to characters and other intellectual properties used in process of creation1. All of the work is for personal purposes. You are not allowed to take profit from it, reproduce it for commercial use, selling it in any platform or taking credit for the creation of artwork.
2. I reserve the right to repost your commission for portfolio purposes.
